Patricia Lalonde has been on board with More Time Moms since its inception. She works closely with Joanne in the More Time Moms business in marketing, product creation, web development and social media. Patricia runs her own marketing and consulting business, consults with Vancouver Island University and runs marketing workshops. Patricia is a native Montrealer, a graduate from The Western Business School, and is now living with her husband Todd and her three boys, Jake, Liam and Mackenzie on beautiful Vancouver Island.

In her spare time, Trish loves to cook for family and friends, she has a passion for home renovation and design and at the end of the day, after a hard workout, you will often find her snuggled up with a good book.

Joanne Lalonde Hayes, the mother of three children has been an expert in time management for more than 20 years and holds an M.B.A. from McGill University. Working as a Strategic planner for large corporations, it wasn’t until she married and had three children, born a year apart, that her organizational skills met the ultimate challenge. When her third child was born, Joanne left the comforts of the board room to care for her growing family… “Why is there always chaos all around me, especially at dinner?” “What can I feed my children that will be healthy, delicious, inexpensive and quick to make?”. These challenges and my growing understanding that too few people valued, respected the job of a mom, became the seeds for More Time Moms.

Inspired to develop the ultimate family menu planning system, Joanne gathered friends and family to found More Time Moms and to launch the first edition of what came to be the best selling More Time Cooks series. More Time Cooks is an innovative meal planning system that ensures a great variety of healthful and tasty meals kids love, while simplifying the tasks of planning, shopping and cooking.

As the company and the children grew, time management became a concern in Joanne’s home again. “When Jordan was 7, she came to me in tears because I had missed a school event. I felt so badly and told her to pick a date on the calendar when we could reschedule. She came back crying more loudly this time because “there is no room on the calendar to write our date”… “I looked everywhere and although I found plenty of planning tools for the office, there was absolutely nothing for moms, no such thing as a family calendar, a mom calendar, a home organizer – again no respect for the job”… And so was born the Family Organizer™. Now in its twentieth year of publication, with more than 1/4 million copies sold annually, it has become a very important part of our customers home life.

Responding to the chaos of family life has been the true inspiration for the More Time Moms’ titles. Feedback from our customers and tester-moms has enabled us to continuously refine and build superior products. More Time Moms continues to develop tools to make Moms’ lives easier and is a rapidly growing business, with a belief in the strength of community effort.

Teresa Stanley started working at More Time Moms 15 years ago and is the central nerve of the office. She is in charge of administration as well as customer service. Each day she tells us that she looks forward to coming into work and helping our customers in any way that she can. Teresa was a stay-at-home Mom until her two daughters, Sarah and Victoria went off to school. She participated in Home and School Associations and managed girls hockey. She has been married to Peter for 44 years and is pleased beyond words to be a grandmother to adorable Warren, Molly and Russell.

In her spare time: Teresa enjoys golf, digital scrapbooking, gardening, sewing, knitting, baking, cooking for family gatherings and spending time visiting her grandkids.

Sorin Pavelesco has 25 years of design experience and has earned 23 design awards. He has been working on the More Time Moms team since he helped design the very first More Time Cooks recipe box. He has worked on lifestyle, resort and luxury real estate products for brands such as Hyatt, Orient Express, Hard Rock Café, Intrawest and many other companies around the world. He specializes in branding and visual communication. Sorin is a music producer and runs a music production company in Montreal.

In his spare time:Sorin has released two music albums, one reached no. 15 on New Age International Charts in America and a few no.1 spots in Eastern Europe and a self-produced video climbed to no. 8 in Canada.

Jacques Choquette got started with web technology in his early teens with the Mosaic browser, and a 2400 baud modem. Jacques attended Ryerson University – School of Image Arts graduating in 1999 with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in New Media. After university Jacques partnered with three of his classmates to found Lavapants Design which received accolades as one of the top 100 Canadian websites in 2001. Jacques shifted his focus to freelance web development and over the next few years worked with various advertising agencies to develop numerous high profile websites for companies such as Taxi.ca, University of Toronto, Health Canada and many more.

In 2003 Jacques moved to Whistler B.C. With over 25 years of experience, Jacques brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project. Jacques professional experience includes working with HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, MySQL, PHP and Linux, with a great knowledge of database architecture, PHP frameworks and CMS environments, PSD to XHTML/CS

In his spare time: Jacques likes to mountain bike, snowboard and enjoy most winter sports.

Albert Prisner studied Architecture at Carlton University in Ottawa, as well as working and teaching in the field. He slipped into illustration, graphic design and hang gliding in the mid eighties. In January 2000, Joanne appeared at Albert’s door in search of an illustrator for the Family Organizer. This ongoing collaboration of ideas and experiences brings the More Time Moms “Calendar Family” to life every year. Albert lives in Ottawa with a poet and a cat.

In his spare time: Albert spends time on his balcony at tree level, studying birds, clouds, wind and stars. He folds paper airplanes too.
