I made this artichoke dip for bookclub and everyone loved it. If you are looking for an easy delicious dip to bring for a special occasion. Make this and impress your friends! No kidding.
1 can artichokes, drained and quartered.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 can Mexican green chiles
1/2 cup of grated parmesan
3 dashes or more of hot sauce
dash of red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
Put in an oven proof dish. Top with more grated parmesan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Serve with garlic toast, bagel crisps, Tostitos, crackers or pretzels and watch it disappear.
