Why I Love My Family Organizer More Than Any App

My Family Organizer Calendar is better than any App to help keep track of my family’s activities and their comings and goings. At this time when we are all spending way too much time online, it is a welcome relief to look up at the calendar to see what is happening today, this week, and this month. There are no alarms and bings, there are no images of people living Instagram-worthy lives, there is no FOMO or anxiety stemming from my Family Organizer and the Shoulds and Should Nots. The Family Organizer is pinned up in the kitchen to help my family see what is happening every day and for the entire month. It helps me to calm the chaos and focus on what needs to get done so that we can balance our lives and create more time with each other.

We can schedule our mornings, school time, lunch, afternoon playtime, dinner, and bedtime routines. It’s great to see everything in order to remember; when the kids have activities, when grandparents are coming to visit, when the doctor’s appointment is.  Sometimes when things are buried in apps, we can not see what is coming up next until we have missed the activity and then we need to schedule it again into the digital rabbit hole.
